One option is a masthead rig. The sail area for the mailsail + jib is 40.0 m2 (430.6 ft2). The advantage of a masthead rig is its simplicity and the fact that a given sail area - compared with a fractional rig - can be carried lower and thus with less heeling moment.
Another option is a fractional rig. A fractional rig has smaller headsails which make tacking easier, which is an advantage for cruisers and racers, of course. The downside is that having the wind from behind often requires a gennaker or a spinnaker for optimal speed.
DaggerBoard aka Sword
The Havkat 27 is built with a daggerboard keel. A daggerboard is a lifting keel that can be lowered and raised vertically, allowing the boat to enter shallow waters.
Havkat 27 can enter even shallow marinas as the draft is just about 0.40 - 0.50 meter (1.31 - 1.61 ft) dependent on the load.
