Beskrivelse
Lise, a modern koster designed by Knut Reimers and built in 1947 at the Kuggeboda shipyard, is for sale. She has had two previous owners who have taken excellent care of her. She is currently located in Enens harbor in Onsala. Lise is an exceptionally well-built boat, with a combination of steel/ash ribs and a sturdy galvanized “mast beam” with the mast foot on deck. This construction has kept her in perfect shape over her 76 seasons. We have stripped the planking for the fourth time since 1947, and she has been preemptively grooved. The freeboard has been varnished to a gloss, and the planking is in like-new condition. Below the waterline, she has been scraped clean and treated with lead primer. The cabin roof has been rebuilt, and she has received a spray hood. The mast and boom are original spruce and in like-new condition, maintenance-free and coated with Coelan. All standing and running rigging has been replaced. She comes with a large sail wardrobe, both new and old. The engine has recently been replaced with a Yanmar 3YM20, which has only run for 20 hours. She has new navigation equipment and batteries. Inside, the cushions in the salon are new in shimmering green velvet (never used). Foam exists for the forepeak berths. A sturdy tractor trailer and a boathouse are included as we have stored her at home during winters. Lise sails exceptionally well and outpaces most boats, both old and new. She can also handle larger seas, as her sister ship has crossed the Atlantic. We are selling her with a heavy heart, as time is not enough. A potential co-ownership could be discussed.
